Tapestry designed by Märta Måås-Fjetterström before 1918. Handwoven wool and linen on linen warp by Milja Morseth at the studio on Strandvägen, Sweden and marked AB MMF. 51 x 74 cm, including frame. 

The tapestry is framed in a solid oak frame with art glass and a backing of linen fabric woven locally in Båstad. It comes with a certificate of authenticity from Märta Måås-Fjetterström AB and is currently on display at our Båstad studio and showroom.

The colors of pine trees shift with light and season—deep green needles, silvery highlights, and warm brown cones. This tapestry draws on those subtle tones, echoing the quiet strength and texture of the tree.
